A summer evening woodland engagement shoot in Essex
This weekend we were at the gorgeous Hutton Hall to catch up with Claire and Craig (you may have seen our insta stories) who are getting married there at the end of the year, our last 2017 wedding. And with the weather being just a little bit grotty, I thought it was time to share their woodland engagement shoot from earlier this year.
As a county, Essex has so many fantastic locations, remember the beach one we did with Emma and George last year? Or the garden one with Dannii and James? But we’ve not had a woodland engagement shoot, until now!
We met at Norsey Wood, just outside Billericay one summer’s eve and thankfully the sunshine remained and we had our favourite sort of light – soft with a touch of gold! We had a relaxing wander, and it was great to hear how the wedding plans were going (they are super organised couple!)
I can’t wait to for their wedding at the end of next month, and am particularly excited to see their wedding cake (Claire is a super talented cake designer), for now, however, sit back and take a look at their lovely woodland engagement shoot.
If you’re struggling to think of where to have your engagement shoot then don’t worry. We love working with our couples to find locations that best suit you two as a couple. Whether that’s dancing in blossom filled parks in London, something a bit more edgy or strolling through woodlands like these two, we will find the best place for your engagement shoot.
We include engagement / pre-wedding shoots in all our wedding photography collections, because not only does it provide you with images from this exciting time of your story, it’s a chance for us to work together before the big day. And most importantly, for you to see just how easy it is to be in front of the camera so that you are completely relaxed and comfortable on your wedding day.
So, if you want to know that you’re in safe hands on your wedding day (and running up to it) then we would love to hear about your wedding and get your date booked into our calendar.
Until next time,
