I don’t know about you but I’m so glad that the sun has started shining!  I know it might not be that warm yet, but it’s so nice that we are getting up and it’s light, and that deserves a summery pear cocktail to celebrate.  This cocktail is called a Fine Pear, so with a play on words with Pear and Pair I definitely think this is one to have with the girls after work to unwind after a long week.

This cocktail is long and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness from the pair, but not so sickly it doubles as a dessert as the lemon juice cuts through it just enough!

A Fine Pear Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 40ml Snow Queen Vodka
• 15ml Xante
• 15ml spiced syrup
• 25ml lemon juice

To make this fine pear cocktail simply shake the ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a ice filled highball glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a beautifully caramalised pear slice (you can do this on a griddle pan to get the lovely lines as shown!)
