A summery Marlow engagement shoot along the River Thames
I love that we get to explore new places for our weddings and shoots, and this time it was for a Marlow engagement shoot. Now, if you’ve never been to Marlow before, it’s a quaint town on the River Thames, just over an hour from London. Not only has it got some really lovely walks along the Thames, it’s also home to Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers which is a really great feed (we went for Hutch’s birthday a few years ago) – highly recommend it!
Anyway, back to the reason for this blog post! We met up with Holly and Krish in the centre of Marlow and caught up about their wedding plans, they had won their shoot so we weren’t capturing their day, but you know us, love weddings and so couldn’t wait to hear all about how it was coming along! We then took a wonder along the river, stopping off at a beautiful meadowed area full of wild flowers, just behind some woodland, so the perfect backdrop for some images! That’s the great thing about exploring new places, coming across these hidden gems of beauty – we are super lucky that the UK has all this on offer!
We then headed back along the river towards town to capture some images along the iconic bridge across the Thames, even capturing a rare moment of no traffic to get a few striking images of Holly and Krish on the middle of the bridge.

So, whilst we are London and Essex based, we are always more than happy to travel for both engagement shoots and weddings. Why not get in touch to discuss your wedding or shoot ideas with us, we love to chat! Let’s see where we can explore together, camera in hand.
Until next time,
