I have recently embarked on a bit of a photography project, whilst I love photographing weddings sometimes it’s nice to get out and about with the camera for personal work.  So each month, I have a different topic to shoot and for May it was Spring.  The idea is to curate a handful of images that represent that topic; it can be anything as long as they are linked with the chosen subject.

It was quite fun to get out and about with the camera, even with the month being pretty busy, I was seeing the environment around me differently, I would see things and think “ooh that’s very Spring like!”  It also helped that my really good friend Kate kept me accountable to make sure that I was remembering to take out the camera!

The topic for June is green and I’m looking forward to getting creative.  But here are a few of the images from this month….
