An intimate wedding ceremony at Valentines Mansion

The first wedding of 2021 and I’m excited to share even just the smallest selection of sneak peek images from C&C’s intimate wedding ceremony at Valentines Mansion and it was so lovely to be back photographing a wedding, later into the year than is normal for us but a gorgeous start to the 2021 wedding season!

The ceremony was, as can be expected for an April 2021 wedding, small, but perfectly formed with C&C’s immediate family and their cute baby son!  Of course there were the usual Covid measures in place we have become accustomed to at weddings for the time being, but the love and togetherness was still flowing and it was such a beautiful series of moments to be part of.

Valentines Mansion is a gorgeous house set in beautiful gardens, which were perfect for the post wedding portraits, and there is the cutest walled garden which is generally a little quieter than the rest of the grounds.

Our couples are at the heart of what we do, and every so often we can’t share a full sneak peek of a wedding at their request, so I’m excited to be able to share just some of the moments and details from this intimate wedding, and hope that it gives you a hint of the beauty of the day.  And when I get the opportunity, I’ll be heading back to Valentines Mansion to take more photos of their stunning ceremony space and gardens when social distancing isn’t restricting movements!

It’s something beautiful that I think will have come out of this roller-coaster of the year, the reminder of why couples are getting married, and that it doesn’t matter what size wedding you have – they are all perfect and about the love you have for each other.

We have a special ceremony and portraits package for weddings in London and Essex, so if you’re planning your own intimate wedding ceremony or elopement then do get in touch for more details.

Our next wedding isn’t until July, but we have lots of engagement shoots happening between now and then so keep your eyes peeled for those on the blog!

Take care,

Amanda x
